"A CELEBRATION OF OUR UNIQUE GIFTS"
VIRTUAL EVENT BENEFITING THE SLCS SPICE PROGRAM
Featuring Guest Speaker
Michelle Benzinger
St. Laurence Catholic School is excited to host A Celebration of Our Unique Gifts luncheon as a virtual event on Wednesday, December 9th from 12-1 p.m. We invite you to join us for an afternoon learning about how St. Laurence Catholic School celebrates the unique gifts of all of our students, and how our Resource staff members support learners at all levels. The luncheon benefits the SPICE Program, for Special People in Catholic Education.
We are excited to welcome national Catholic speaker, Michelle Benzinger, as our guest speaker. Michelle is a wife and mother of six-four born from her womb and 2 born from her heart (adopted from Haiti). She is also a coffee addict and design lover who is constantly reading, writing, and/or dreaming. As the visionary leader of the Greenhouse Collective, Michelle has a heart for inspiring others to understand they have a voice that needs to be heard, a story waiting to be told, and a divine mission. Michelle also co-hosts the popular Abiding Together Podcast with her dear friends Sister Miriam James Heideland, SOLT, and Heather Khym. She also authored the Restore the Beauty prayer journal that accompanies their “Four Women Doctors of the Church” podcast series. Michelle and her people reside in Pensacola, FL where they draw the circle of family as large as they can and gather on their porch as often as they can.
Michelle will be sharing her experiences as a wife and mother and will offer practical advice on how to allow our faith to guide us through any challenges that arise.
