Through the support of the Saints community, SLCS continues to grow and thrive year after year.Every gift received by our school is greatly appreciated and assists us in providing a comprehensive education to our students. There are many ways to give back to SLCS, whether it is a gift of time, talent, or treasure.
Ways to GiveThere are many ways to support SLCS. Most gifts are tax-deductible and all gifts directly impact our school community.- Prayer: We are grateful for all who keep us in their prayers, send us their love, and bestow their blessings upon the SLCS community.
- Volunteering: As Mother Teresa said, “Prayer in action is love, love in action is service.” Giving of your time is just as valuable as giving money; in fact, the latest studies show that 1 volunteer hour is equal to $33. Volunteering is also a great way to connect with SLCS and the mission.
- Saints & Angels Annual Fund: Donations to the Annual Fund support teacher salaries, facilities maintenance, security, technology upgrades, and sibling discounts.
- Community Partnership Program: Businesses and organizations are able to partner with SLCS, providing mutual benefits and support.
- Saints Society: Planned giving is a thoughtful act of philanthropy and stewardship and is support that goes above and beyond every day giving. Bequests to SLCS will provide support for the future of our school and mission.
- Matching Gifts: Check with your company to see if they have a matching gift policy, which is an opportunity to double (or even triple) your donation to SLCS.
- Memorial & Tribute Gifts: Making a donation in memory of a loved one serves as a living tribute to a well-lived life. Giving a gift in honor of a student, alumnae, or event, is a unique way to memorialize a special person or time in your life.
- Tuition Endowment: The SLCS Tuition Assistance Endowment provides scholarships to families who desire a Catholic education, but cannot afford the full cost of tuition.
- SLCS Auction & Gala: Funds raised at this annual event are used to support the SLCS general operating budget.
- Tuition Assistance Golf Tournament: This fun day on the greens provides vital monetary funds for families who are in need of emergency tuition support, due to unexpected job loss, health issues, or other circumstances.
- SPICE Support: Gifts to the Special People in Catholic Education (SPICE) program provide additional resources and support for students with diversified learning needs.
